- Your driver's license and passport

- Your full home and work address

- Proof of current home address additionally to your drivers license

- Full names and ages of each person staying

- Details of the last holiday home you hired

- One work reference

- Ability to pay a $4,000 bond four weeks prior to your stay in addition
 to your rental cost if hiring the whole house
